A Note from our Founder
Thank you for considering Surfbooks as your business support consultant.
Since starting work in this field over 20 years ago, I’ve continuously noticed a significant gap between the services you receive from standard bookkeeping, and what is offered from an Accountant. There seemed to be a lack of full financial reporting and cash flow management structures offered to business owners throughout the year. And when these reports were offered up, a lot of owners did not fully understand what these reports were telling them, or how to use them to make informed decisions.
I saw an opportunity to provide an affordable service to Small and Medium Enterprises that would give business owners visibility on their progress throughout the financial year, and support in planning and executing the growth of their business. And so Surfbooks was founded.
My greatest joy is to see businesses succeed. It is truly amazing to see brave, passionate individuals realise their dreams each day, and to have the opportunity to help them on their journey. To celebrate the highs, and work through the lows, particularly in small business where you often need someone just to bounce ideas off.
